If you think it is a good fit for you and would like to proceed, we will make a time to start our sessions together.Â
Using the powerful My Life Coach Program, I will guide you through the five steps of POWER Coaching to create a personalised life and wellbeing plan in eight key areas. Your plan will be stored in your own online goal tracker where you can revisit and reset your goals and track your success on an ongoing basis.
We can complete your plan over 2 x 1.5 hour face to face or online coaching sessions.Â
