Hello, I’m XXXXXXXXX, a certified Coaching Young People For Success  Coach and qualified career practitioner.

My passion is helping young people to reach their full potential in their life, career and study. I work with young people who may struggle with motivation, self-confidence, time management or finding their life and career direction.

Whether it is via one to one or group coaching, I guide all my clients through the five step P.O.W.E.R Coaching Model. A proven and evidence based, self discovery process where they will identify what they want to achieve and design a personalised plan that includes the steps and strategies they need to take to get there. 

Everyone is unique, my goal is to empower young people to gain the self-awareness and confidence they need to overcome life’s obstacles, and live a life they will love.

Coaching is a strengths-based, future-focused process that empowers individuals clarify their life vision, set goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans for success. It empowers individuals to unlock their potential, enhance their mindset, and make positive, proactive changes toward living a fulfilling life and becoming their best self.

Coaching focuses on personal development and achieving specific goals, while counselling deals with addressing emotional, psychological, or mental health challenges. Coaching is future-focused, whereas counseling often addresses past experiences and healing. Coaching is ideal if you’re looking to improve performance, develop specific skills, or work toward personal or professional goals. Counselling is recommended if you’re dealing with emotional struggles, trauma, or mental health issues that require therapeutic intervention.

While coaching can support mental well-being by building confidence and overcoming obstacles, it is not a replacement for therapy or counselling. If you are dealing with clinical mental health issues, counselling or therapy with a licensed professional is recommended.

Yes, in most cases, coaching and counselling can complement each other. For example, a person might work with a counselor to address emotional or psychological concerns and then seek a coach for goal-setting and personal development.

I deliver coaching services to suit the needs of my clients. I coach face to face in my office, in your home or online as appropriate. I also offer walk and talk coaching with my dog freckle. Plus coaching workshops at different locations, in schools and online.

Many insurances do not classify life coaching as a covered item. It is important to check with your provider.

Medicare unfortunately, as with health insurance does not classify Life Coaching as a covered item.
